1. Sponsor. Bold&Zeal, 543 Country Club Dr Ste B, #102, Simi Valley, CA 93065 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and
directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period.
The Giveaway begins August 31, 2026 at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends
September 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter.
Method A — Instagram. During the Entry Period: (i) follow @boldandzeal; (ii) like the official Giveaway post; and (iii) leave a comment on the official Giveaway post tagging one (1) other Instagram user. Each qualifying comment tagging a distinct user counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of five (5) comment entries per person.
Method B — Facebook. During the
Entry Period: (i) like the Bold&Zeal Facebook Page; and (ii) leave a comment on the official Giveaway post tagging one (1) friend. Same five (5) entry maximum applies.
Bonus entries. One (1) additional
entry for sharing the official Giveaway post to your Instagram Story with @boldandzeal tagged (account must be public for the share to be verifiable). One (1) additional entry for subscribing to the Bold&Zeal email list during the Entry Period.
Maximum ten (10) total entries per person
across all methods. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Multiple accounts operated by one person are void. Accounts created solely to enter are void.
5. Prize.
One (1) Grand Prize consisting of two (2) Bold&Zeal Hollywood-exclusive Live Bold Trucker hats and one $50 Bold&Zeal
gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $110 USD total.
Prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize
becomes unavailable. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Limit one (1) prize per person or household.
6. Winner Selection.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 11, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification.
The potential winner will be notified by direct message on the platform used to enter and/or by email, on or about September 11, 2026. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of first notification attempt and provide
a valid US shipping address. Failure to respond within that period, an undeliverable notification, or non compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for messages filtered, blocked, or otherwise not received.
8. Delivery.
Prize will ship to a valid US address within thirty (30) days of receipt of the winner's shipping information. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once tendered to the carrier.
9. Conditions.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or violates these Official Rules or platform terms. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity.
10. Publicity.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and social media
handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability.
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability,injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.
12. Platform Release.THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY
SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH META PLATFORMS, INC., INSTAGRAM, OR FACEBOOK.
By entering, you completely release Meta, Instagram, and Facebook from any and all liability, and you acknowledge that you
are providing your information to Bold&Zeal and not to Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
13. Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at boldandzeal.com. Email addresses submitted through the bonus entry will be added to the Bold&Zeal email list; you may unsubscribe at any time.
14. Governing Law.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
15. Winner List.
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor’s address above, marked "Winner List," to be received by October 15, 2026.
