Setback Meets Spark
An Achilles surgery paused Erica’s miles — not her mission. With the BAZ family beside her, that timeout became a turning point. If movement can inspire impact… what if everyday life could too? Together, we began shaping Bold&Zeal to turn daily wear into daily purpose.

Behind Bold&Zeal™
Rise Relentless. Live Bold.
The Reeve Foundation
Bold&Zeal exists because of one man's courage in the face of paralysis. The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation exists to make sure that courage isn't fought alone.
The Reeve Foundation is dedicated to curing spinal cord injury through innovative research, and to improving quality of life for people and families living with paralysis — through funded research, the National Paralysis Resource Center, and policy advocacy.
10% of every Bold&Zeal purchase goes directly to their work. It's the smallest way we know to say thank you for everything Papa's fight taught us.
What We’re Made Of
Rafi has spent thirty years in the Los Angeles apparel industry — building relationships with sourcing partners, mills, and sewing houses long before Bold&Zeal existed. That network is the backbone of everything we make.
Every Bold&Zeal piece is finished right here — sewn and printed in Los Angeles. Not because it's trendy to say "made in LA" — but because Rafi knows the people who make it, and he won't put his name on anything he hasn't seen built right.
We're a small team. That means slower production, smaller runs, and a level of attention you don't get from a brand manufacturing at scale. It also means when something doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't ship.
This isn't about perfection. It's about care. Every crewneck, every tote, every quilt carries the fingerprints of the people who made it — and we think that's exactly the way it should be.
